Welcome to our organization
Our organization is comprised of caring volunteers who spend their time trapping feral cat colonies in the Cecil County area. Once a cat has been trapped, they are transported to Dr. Mindy Carletti's Veterinary hospital (the All Paws Animal Wellness Clinic) where they are spayed or neutered, given preventative shots, and have their ear tipped (ear-tipping is the international symbol indicating that a cat has been evaluated and sterilized by a Veterinarian). The cats spend their recovery time under the care of Dr. Carletti and are then returned to their "home." Committed volunteers, caregivers, or advocates then provide food and water for the duration of the cats' lives.
Trap, Neuter, Return (TNR) is a far more effective method for dealing with overpopulation than traditional methods. The fact is that it costs less and is humane.
Please contact us if you need help spaying and neutering feral cats. We are a 501-c-3 organization and operate entirely on donations. We ask that a donation is provided to help with the cost of the trap, neuter, return (TNR) process.
